SHIPPING NORWAY AND EU
We offer free shipping on all orders over 1500 NOK. For orders under 1500 NOK, the customer will be charged 250 NOK for shipping.

Your order will be shipped within 2 - 4 business days. Once your items are shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We reserve the right not to accept orders if, for example, we cannot obtain authorization for payment.
Always check the items upon receiving them. If the items were damaged during transport, this should be reported to the delivery location on the day of receipt.
RETURN AND EXCHANGES
You always have a 20-day right of return when shopping with us. You are allowed to change your mind. The withdrawal period runs from the day you receive your items. Always keep the original packaging until you have decided to keep the product. We do not refund shipping costs for returns.
Goods may be returned within 20 days after receipt as long as they are unused, in perfect condition, and with the original packaging. Used, washed, cleaned, or damaged goods will not be accepted. Keep all price tags in place and always store the original packaging until you have decided to keep the product. Pack the unused product securely before returning it. You are responsible for the product until we receive it.
We will refund the full invoice amount as soon as the product(s) are received. Refunds usually take 20 days from the time we receive the item(s). Return shipping costs are not refunded.
Contact us at email@example.com before returning products to receive a return number and a return document. The email should include product description, size, and color. The return document should be included with the return, inside the box.

You have the right to exchange unused and unwashed products with original tags to a different size, color, or model within 20 days after receiving the item(s). You can do so by placing a new order in our online store after returning the item.
Are your items damaged? Feel free to take a photo and send us an email at email@example.com, and we'll be happy to assist you. Depending on the specific situation, you can either have the product repaired, replaced, or receive a refund. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect.
We will refund shipping costs incurred in connection with the return of the item when the complaint is justified.
If you want to make a complaint or report a problem with a product, always contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending the product, and we will assist you.
If it concerns transport damage, the deadline mentioned above applies. The damage should be reported on the same day the item is received.
Shipments that are not collected and are therefore returned to us will be charged for the associated costs.
