A party is nevertheless not bound by the agreement if there has been a writing or typographical error in the offer from the seller in the ordering solution on streamlines.no or in the buyer's order, and the other party realized or should have realized that there was such an error.

From time to time there may be information on the Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Without limiting the rights granted elsewhere in these Terms, the Companies reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without notice. Streamlines has made every effort to display the colors of the products as accurately as possible, however, it cannot guarantee that the display of colors on the computer screen will be accurate.
ORDER
The buyer's order via streamlines.no does not guarantee that the order has been approved. Streamlines may require additional information about the order if the information required to complete it is missing. Streamlines will endeavor to process orders via Streamlines.no within the time frames indicated at the time the order is placed but cannot guarantee that orders will be processed by a specific date.
All orders are handled as soon as possible and sent by the best available option to the desired address. Our shipping partners are Bring and DHL. Risk for the product passes to the buyer when the product is taken over by the buyer in accordance with the agreement.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer can cancel the purchase of products according to the provisions of the Right of Cancellation Act. The right of withdrawal means that the buyer can return the product to the seller without reason even if there is no defect in it and even if it has not been delivered. The product must be unused to cancel the purchase.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to undo the purchase of skis that have been unsealed or have mounted bindings.D
DEFECTIVE GOODS
If the product is defective or has a defect, the Buyer must notify the Seller that he/she wishes to claim the defect within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered. Notice can be given no later than two years after the buyer took over the product. The solution to defective products can be repair or replacement, a price reduction, or termination of the purchase.
CONFLICT RESOLUTION
The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Norwegian law, and by shopping at streamlines.no you accept that Norwegian legislation shall apply.
APPLICABLE LAW
The buyer agrees that any claim or dispute you may have against Streamlines must be resolved by a court in Oslo, Norway. Streamlines AS operates outside Norway, in accordance with Norwegian law.
